Le résumé de nos premiers jours de visite par Adrien et Lucas :

Day 1 : We arrived in London at 9:15 am, after a very long travel. We walked next to the Thames, and we arrived at the Westminster area to see Big Ben, House of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Then we wanted to see the change of the guards in Buckingham Palace but the tourists took the entire place.  So we couldn’t see this beautiful moment. Then, we ate. In the afternoon, we sailed on the River Thames and saw all monuments around this river: London Eye, Big Ben, Tower Of London, Shakespeare’s Theatre, Tower Bridge, Saint Paul’s Cathedral…

After that, we have walked for 3 hours all around the Tower of London.

Day 2: On Wednesday, during 2 hours, we visited several Colleges in Cambridge. They are old and huge. A woman guide explained us the history of these Colleges and of this city. We entered King’s College, a beautiful place rich of history. After eating the meal prepared our host family, we did punting on the River Cam for half an hour to see other monuments of Cambridge and the punter explained us the past and the origin of Cambridge city. Later, we drove back to our host family.
